How to Login to PPMR – How to Change Your Email Address
There are two ways to login to PPMR:
- From the home page.
- Using the login page.
From the Home Page
When you arrive on the home page and you are not logged in, clicking any link will take you to a registration page. This is so that people who have not registered cannot access our content.
Please do not register again. Instead, scroll to the bottom of the home page to login before you click any links. The login box looks just like this one.The login box is located in the lower left corner of the web page.
Enter your username and password and click “login”
Once you are logged in, this same area will now show a link called “Member Details”. You may click that link to add information to your profile or to change your password. The “forgotten password” feature works using the email address in your membership profile so please keep that address updated.
You can scroll to the bottom of this web page to see the “Member Details” link since that section of the website is the same on every page. Go ahead and do that now. In fact, why not click that link and add to your profile!
Using the Login Page
The login page web address is below. Please make a note of it if you prefer to login from this page instead of from the home page.
To login using the login page, visit the above link and enter your username and password and click “login”.When you login, you will be taken to the home page. The rest of the instructions are the same as above (I have repeated them below).
To change your member details, scroll to the bottom of the home page and observe in the lower left corner of the web page a link called “Member Details”. You may click that link to add information to your profile or to change your password. Keeping Your Email Address Updated
Keep your email address updated in your profile because if you use the “Forgotten Password” feature, that is the email address where your password will be sent.
We use a separate service to handle our newsletter and member communication notices.
This means that newsletter and member communication notices do not comes through the email address that is in your membership profile. These communications come through a separate list management service.
At the bottom of each newsletter you receive, you will see two links. One is to cancel your subscription and one is to change or update your email address. If you get a new email address, you may use that link to update your email address so that you will continue to receive our newsletter and other communications.
The newsletter and basic membership in PPMR are a package, so canceling your subscription to the newsletter will cancel your membership in PPMR. Yes, it’s a manual process on our end, but we do it because that is how we have packaged this offer of free membership.
